We specifically designed Humana AR formula to support tue dietary management of gastroesophageal reflux and regurgitation.

  • Thickened formula: 

    We use a special corn starch that swells in liquids and thickens foods, thereby reducing the susceptibility to reflow from the stomach. 

  • Viscous in the gut: 

    Humana AR is a complete formula with starch and high proportions of casein, which both change their structure under gastric conditions and result in naturally viscous milk.

  • Easy to drink: 

    The balanced composition keeps the milk consistency runny that is easy to drink.

The right preparation is key

When preparing the baby milk, please follow the instructions. Clean bottle, teat and ring thoroughly, prepare freshly before each meal, feed immediately, and do not reuse any leftovers. Improper preparation and storage may be harmful to baby’s health.

Boil water, let it cool to 50°C and pour half of it into a clean bottle.

Use included measuring spoon and back of a knife or similar to add required amount of powder into bottle.

Close bottle and shake immediately, then add remaining water and shake again.

Fasten teat tightly and check content for drinking temperature (37°C). Don’t heat up in the microwave (risk of scalding).

    Important Notice

    Breastfeeding is the best nutrition for your baby. Talk to your paediatrician or your midwife if you want to use baby formula. Do not use in case of cow’s milk protein allergy, lactose intolerance  and disorders of glucose and galactose metabolism. Humana AR is suitable as the sole source of nutrition for infants from birth onwards and as a dietary complement after 6 months. For enteral use only.  Should not be used in combination with other food thickeners. Humana AR should only be used under medical supervision.
